Join us for worship on Sunday, March 16! Though we sometimes doubt and often resist God’s desire to protect and save us, our God persists. In holy baptism, God’s people have been called and gathered into a God-initiated relationship that will endure. Lent provides the church with a time and a tradition in which to seek God’s face again. Lent provides another occasion to behold the God of our salvation in the face of the Blessed One who “comes in the name of the Lord.”
We reach out – Evangelism
We Care, Quilters, Prayer Threads, Congregational Care Committee, Community Concerns Committee, Care Center Communion Services and Bible Studies, Women of Zion projects, Christian Education special projects, and more are a part of a growing concern for serving at and beyond Zion.
Support through our shared ministries/volunteerism is most visible in our committees which welcome involvement. Congregation Council, Personnel, Stewardship, Worship and Music, Christian Education, Community Concerns, and Congregational Care Committees undergird our vision and mission for this community of faith.
To the glory of God!
